Requirements:
- Graduate of Technical Vocational course in Automation, Instrumentation & Control.
- TESDA NCII in Instrumentation and Control Servicing or Mechatronics Servicing.
- Training or certification in Vibration Analysis (an advantage but not required).
- At least 1-year experience in plant maintenance and troubleshooting.:
1. Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and repairs malfunctioning automation, instrumentation
and control of plant equipment; maintain, adjust and rectify trouble of electro-
mechanical controls and sensors in production equipment including conveyors,
bucket elevators, pellet mill, mixers, compressed air system, pneumatic control, and
steam quality monitoring instruments among others.
2. Understands and troubleshoots PLCs, VFD, pressure and temperature controllers,
and other PLC/computer-based systems.
3. Conducts performance tests of plant equipment using tools and instruments like
thermal scanner, tachometers, pressure gauges, flowmeter, amp, and volt meters to
determine their current condition and validate data gathered to maintain or improve
equipment performance.
4. Conducts regular walk-throughs to identify works that need immediate attention so
it can be planned, prevent downtime and ensure products meet their target by
