Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of workers in brick wall construction, floor screeding, and plastering works. Coordinate and monitor multiple job sites to ensure progress aligns with project timelines. Maintain strict compliance with safety regulations and uphold good housekeeping standards on-site. Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to construction specifications.
Perform hands-on tasks while guiding others, including:
Laying bricks in straight, aligned courses with proper jointing and mortar application.
Carrying out internal and external plastering with smooth or textured finishes as required.
Preparing and applying floor screed to level surfaces, ensuring accurate thickness and evenness.
Setting up and maintaining surface preparation, including cleaning, hacking, and applying bonding agents where necessary.
Checking levels, plumb, and alignment using spirit levels and measuring tools.
Perform other duties as assigned to support site operations. * Work in various sites
