• Architected, Managed and delivered 100+ RPA/RDA Bots leveraging Pega Robotics which saved 70k+ Hrs to customer in 2 Years

• Architected and delivered a program to automate the Backoffice work of Order to cash of Enterprise mobile Segment leveraging Robotics which results in reduction of 40+ FTE and saved $1 Million

• Working experience in all IT Automation, Robotic Automation and QA Automation to evaluate the best approach for a particular Requirement

• Architected and delivered Telecom BSS Transformation projects which saved a South African based client an Opex cost more than ZAR 10 million. This transformation reduced the Order to cash of an Enterprise segment customer for fixed line services by 6 days

• Architected the Solutions in SFDC, IBM BPM, Netcracker RBM, Pega Robotics, Pega Case Management etc.

• Owned the RFPs from solution perspective with more than 50% conversion rate (Proposal to Delivery) which is equivalent to $40 Million in the last 1 year
