Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Platform Developer to support and enhance our enterprise Learning Management Systems (LMS). This role serves focusing on backend development, integration, and customization using PHP, .NET, and C#. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining LMS functionality, developing new modules, and integrating learning tools with existing enterprise systems.
Must Have:
Experience in web application development using PHP, .NET, and C#. Strong understanding of LMS workflows (enrolments, course completion, user roles, SCORM/AICC compliance). Experience with MySQL / MS SQL Server databases. Strong skills in object-oriented programming and MVC frameworks. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and jQuery. Experience in API integration and RESTful services. Exposure to authentication frameworks (OAuth, SSO, LDAP). Solid debugging and problem-solving skills.
Good to have
Experience with open-source LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard). Familiarity with .NET Core or Laravel / CodeIgniter frameworks. Knowledge of SCORM standards and e-learning tool integration (Articulate, Captivate). Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure / AWS) and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes). * Familiarity with React / Angular / Vue.js for front-end module enhancements.
