Power Platform Developer

We require Power Platform Developers to design, build, and maintain applications, workflows, and virtual agents using Microsoft Power Platform components, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio. Developers will work under the guidance of the Senior Project Manager and contribute to both new solution development and ongoing system maintenance.

Scope of Work

1. Development & Technical Implementation


Design and develop applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven). Automate business processes with Power Automate flows. Build and optimize reports and dashboards using Power BI. Implement and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, and business rules. Design, configure, and maintain Copilot Studio agents (chatbots) to support business workflows and end-user interactions. Integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems using connectors, APIs, and SGTS standards. Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with organizational architecture. PowerShell scripting if required.
2. Security, Compliance & Quality Assurance


Adhere to IM8 and SGTS guidelines for application development. Implement security controls, role-based access. Remediate identified vulnerabilities and address audit findings. Establish and maintain automated testing frameworks. Follow best practices and guidelines for Power Platform solution deployments.
3. System Maintenance & Support


Participate in sprint-based maintenance activities, including bug fixes, performance tuning, and enhancements. Support application monitoring and health checks. Log, track, and resolve issues according to defined SLAs. Provide technical inputs during retrospectives to continuously improve system performance.
4. Documentation & Knowledge Management


Maintain technical design documents, configuration details, and deployment guides. Document integration specifications and workflows. Contribute to the knowledge base for recurring issues and standard resolutions.


Resource Requirements


3-5 years developing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio Application development, workflow automation, dashboard/report design, chatbot/agent development, Dataverse modeling, integration with enterprise systems, automated testing Power Apps (Canvas, Model-driven), Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Copilot Studio Agents, connectors & APIs, SGTS tools, power-shell scripts Preferred Certifications - Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate; Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate * Problem-solving, attention to detail, teamwork, adaptability, documentation skills
