Platform Engineer (Dataiku, ML)

• 12 months contract
• Hybrid work arrangement after 6 months
• Work location: Pasir Panjang

The Opportunity

• Research, design and deploy software & tools required for AI factory team and their customers. The software infrastructure asset may include DataIku, MLOps, Graph, Vector databases
• Update software, enhances existing software capabilities, and develops and direct software testing and validation procedures.
• Work with infrastructure operation teams to integrate hardware and software systems and develop specifications and performance requirements to deliver quality platform experience
• Ensure infrastructure assets are patched to manage vulnerabilities and upgraded before it gets obsolete.
• Analyze user needs in terms of scalability, availability and security to design and cater infrastructure and software solutions
• Provide support for critical business needs on platform troubleshooting / scalability issues
• Configure and extend custom monitoring solutions for proactive platform management
• Assist users in setting up and deploying new DataIku projects; collaborate with data scientists and analysts to optimize project workflows
• Provide support and guidance to users on platform capabilities and features; create documentations and best practices
• Ensure smooth integration of DataIku projects with existing systems and data sources

Your Background

• At least a Bachelor\'s Degree in computer studies or related studies
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering role ideally in banking environment
• Experienced with Dataiku development or similar tools otherwise Tableau or Power BI (more to data-oriented) and some Devops experience
• Experienced with infrastructure build / maintenance (on premise or cloud)
• Good knowledge on virtual machines, Kubernetes / Docker hosting and setup
• Knowledge of Python programming and Shell scripting
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in Linux OS and networking
• Proactive style of working with a strong ethos of continuous learning.
