Represent the Singapore Immunology Network (SIgN) Immunomonitoring Service (SIS) platform in public engagements: Work closely with individual platform heads/managers to keep abreast of the platform?s technologies, advances and capabilities. Develop excellent understanding of all the platform technologies, underlying operations and applications. Develop presentations and key outreach material and actively attend seminars and outreach programmes to showcase the SIS platform.
Promote the SIS platform technologies to external partners and institutions for service engagements and collaborations: Present the SIS platform?s technologies and capabilities to external partners and institutions at seminars, conferences, roadshows and exhibitions. Network with local and international partners and institutions to develop relations within Life Sciences and Immunology and promote use of SIS platform. Engage external partners and institutions in service agreements and collaborations, develop work plans and work closely with the BD team to deal closure.
Continually assess state-of-the-art technologies and developments in the field and keep the SIgN platform technologies up-to-date and current: Develop an excellent knowledge of cutting-edge technologies relevant to the SIS platform(s) and work closely with SIgN PIs and platform managers to update technologies housed in the platform.
Help to grow SIS business activities by being proactive in creating new opportunities and new markets. Investigate on potential national and regional businesses. Create and implement strategy for business growth and guide reviews of the performance of services provided.
You will interact closely with SIgN PIs and scientists, and external partners and institutions. You will also be expected to help with other administrative tasks such as coordination of meetings, taking of minutes, making presentations and tracking of action items.
Job Requirements:
Masters in Life Sciences/Immunology/Molecular Biology or related fields, with relevant industry experience (preferred)
At least 2-3 years of business development or sales experience strongly preferred
Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills; independent and resourceful
Excellent planning skills, well-organized and comfortable with outreach / promoting business partnerships
Demonstrate strong delivery of commitments
Excellent communication skills
