Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tender Manager/Business Development Manager to join our thriving team at MCI Group, a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping our growth strategy through effective tender management and business development initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead tender team pricing strategies to meet company\'s goal.
- Ensure tender submission within tight dateline.
- Prepare and formulate business proposals and solutions.
- Manage cost competitiveness during tender for higher profit margins.
- Plan and execute with tender team to achieve KPI.
- Explore new potential customers and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
- Min Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
- Possesses at least 3 years of project tendering experience in large- scale projects in Government/Commercial project.
- Demonstrates strong technical competence and excellent time management skilss.
- Good leadership skill, Problem solving, Good conversational & writing skills, strong business acumen, self- driven, negotiation skill.
- Confident individual with excellent interpersonal skills in leading a team.
