We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Senior/Platform Support Engineer to join our team in maintaining and enhancing business-critical systems and shared platforms. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact systems using modern technologies such as C#, PowerShell, Python, and open-source observability tools, while contributing to the development of cloud-native applications.

Job Responsibilities

Platform Maintenance & Enhancement

+ Ensure the stability, performance, and scalability of issuer/data shared systems through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with solution vendors and internal platform specialists to deliver enhancements and changes into production environments.

Observability & Monitoring

+ Develop and improve in-house observability tools using Elastic, Logstash, and Kibana to support trading and clearing operations.

Implement monitoring solutions and dashboards to detect anomalies and ensure system health.

Compliance & System Hygiene

+ Maintain compliance with internal controls and standard operating procedures.

Address system vulnerabilities, support audit activities, and ensure platform hygiene through regular patching and evidence collection for Microsoft based platforms.

Operational Support

+ Perform application recovery, non-functional testing, and verification activities, including support during off-hours and weekends.
+ Investigate and resolve application issues, security vulnerabilities, and performance bottlenecks.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a reputable institution. 5-7 years of experience as a Software Developer or IT System Analyst. Strong hands-on experience with: +

C#, MS SQL, MySQL, Python

Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)

- deployment, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

Linux and Window OS

- application support and maintenance
Experience with open-source observability tools (Elastic, Logstash, Kibana) is highly preferred. Proficiency in scripting (Shell, Python, SQL, PowerShell). Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Willingness to support product systems during weekends and off-hours. A mindset focused on operational excellence and production reliability.
