Supervise, plan, and coordinate daily plumbing works at project sites.
Assign tasks and guide plumbing workers to ensure quality and timely completion.
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot plumbing-related issues.
Liaise with project managers, contractors, and clients on work progress.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.
Drive company vehicle to ferry workers to/from dormitories and worksites.
Ensure safe driving practices and proper upkeep of the company vehicle.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of plumbing experience with supervisory responsibilities.
Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence (Class 4 licence will be an advantage).
Strong knowledge of plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair works.
Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Able to manage a team of workers and ensure productivity.
Responsible, punctual, and committed to safety practices.
Physically fit to carry out site supervision duties.
Working Conditions
6 days work week (Monday to Saturday).
Working hours: [8:00am - 5:30pm].
