Job Description
This is a 12 months contract assigned to our client
Work Location: To be confirmed
Salary Range : $2,500-$3,000
Managing and overseeing PMO day-to-day operations of project such as:
- Assist the Project Manager in setting up and establishing management processes
- Working with Project Management and client team on assigned recurring/adhoc tasks/requests
- Work with Finance teams on procurement, invoice processing, client billings, etc.
- Resource Management – on/offboarding, leave tracking
- Ensure compliance for project
- Client Asset Management
- Service mgmt reports or other required recurring status reports
- Manage project site location office
- Minute taking at client/internal meetings
