Job Description
This is a 12 months contract assigned to our clientWork Location: To be confirmedSalary Range : $2,500-$3,000Managing and overseeing PMO day-to-day operations of project such as: . Minute taking experience. Assist the Proj Mgr in setting up and establishing mgmt processes. Working with proj mgmt and client team on assigned recurring/adhoc tasks/requests. Work with Finance teams on procurement, invoice processing, client billings, etc.. Resource Management - on/offboarding, leave tracking. Ensure document compliance for project. Account/Client Asset management. Service mgmt reports or other required recurring status reports. Manage project site location office. Minute taking at client/internal mtgs
