What You'll Do (Job Responsibilities)
- 1-3 Years Experience
- Evaluate quarterly/monthly financial performance by comparing actual results with plans/ forecasts. Perform variance analysis, identify trends and recommend actions
- Work closely with Platforms, Finance, Procurement and other Technologies teams to ensure accurate headcount financial reporting and decision support
- Prepare necessary accruals, reclassification and re-charging to ensure expenses are booked correctly
- Identify and drive process improvements, including creation of standard, tools, dashboards and automation.
- Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred.
- Basic knowledge and experience of banking operations
- Good communication, analytical and data organization/ interpretation skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy is required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint; Tableau, PowerBI or Business Objects is an advantage.
