PMO/ Financial Analyst
Responsibilities
1. Monitor, report and oversee overall Headcount and Financial Statement
2. Analyse all data and project deliverables and ensure adherence to all timeframe and budget requirements.
3. Ensure and validate Actuals and Forecast are correctly assessed and populated according to the Deliveries Milestone. Carry out corrective actions according to Singapore Financial Reporting Standard (FRS)
4. Work with central COO team for alignment of Bank reporting.
5. Responsible for developing and maintaining all performance dashboards and Management Reporting
6. Manage and recommend required improvements aligned with Agile Principles.
7. Assist and guide PM to Initiate new project. Track and monitor actual spending of project budget (e.g., within pre-designated categories like Software, Hardware, PS, Travel, Expenses, etc; and according to the correct accounting treatment CAPEX/OPEX).
Skills Sets:
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting. 3-4 years of experience working in financial related scope with strong knowledge of financial reporting.
Excellent presentation, analytical and articulation skills
Self-starter and extremely hands on in the management of projects and report
Able to manage and work with various stakeholders.
Proven good collaboration skills.
Ability to apply general organizational knowledge of the business and systems processes in problem analysis
Ability to multitask
Strong Microsoft knowledge in Excel.
Experienced in Audit and Big 4 is additional bonus.
