  • Provide Commercial management expertise for all projects within APAC and MEA
  • Develop business case and provide strategic advice to stakeholders
  • Manage and oversee project delivery from strategic planning to execution
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders and supply chain
  • Manage the capital planning and successful delivery of clients objectives
  • Ensure compliance to governance and assurance for Capital Projects
  • To take a lead role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages
  • Where appropriate, lead a cost management team, ensuring that they deliver on all of the above accountabilities
  • Advise procurement strategies for individual programmes for delivery in optimum timescale and manage the procurement process
  • Engage with legal, tax, sourcing and procurement team to ensure compliance for delivery of each project
  • Maintain strong client engagement and lead Steering Committee meetings
  • Lead a team of 3 to 5 to support the client on a programme level for multiple projects across Asia Pacific (APAC) and Middle East & Africa (MEA)
  • Ensure PMO team carry out works and complete tasks in accordance with Client\'s protocol and the sign off mandatory checklists timely
  • Engage with different business units to drive decisions and directions in a timeous manner
  • Manage delivery partners to ensure compliance with Client\'s Design Guidelines
  • Able to confidently communicate with subject matter experts to gather information and provide strategic advice to the client
Qualifications
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management/Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years\' experience in related fields
  • Chartered professional would be desirable (MRICS)
  • Experience from consultancy background is preferred with corporate end user / banking institution
  • Team player with excellent leadership and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiation, influence and persuade others
