Write the next chapter of your ABB story.This position reports toE-House Business ManagerYour role and responsibilitiesAs a Project Management Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading the pool of project managers functionally and administratively, and lead the execution of large and complex E-House, Oil & Gas and Offshore Wind projects with international clients and ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with ABB policy, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, as well as schedule commitments, and ensuring client relationship and satisfaction at highest levels. The work model for this role is: Hybrid This role is contributing to the Process Automation Energy Industries Division or ABB in Singapore. Reporting directly to the Business Manager, you will be defining, jointly with project controls department, all project plan documents, including scope and financial plans, schedule, and risk management plans. This position is based in Singapore or Subang Jaya, Malaysia. You will responsible for: \xe2\x80\xa2 Leading the project manager team, establishes the project execution approach and oversees project hand-over, execution planning, and monitoring and control activities for both internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring that the project follows execution best practices and ABB policies. Effectively monitoring and controlling project progress and efficient resource utilization. Monitoring and controlling project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses, and cash flow \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring that the project consistently applies contract and claims management, in accordance with ABB policies and contractual agreements. Coordinating with Supply Chain Management, and successfully procures all required services, materials, and equipment for the project from external and internal suppliers \xe2\x80\xa2 Acting as the key contact for the customer and an escalation point for project issues. Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicates with all stakeholders \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring the project follows and complies with company health, safety, and environmental policies \xe2\x80\xa2 Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, and managing project risks, and ensures that all opportunities are identified and pursued \xe2\x80\xa2 Actively participating in supporting sales teams to develop business and secure projects on budgets, commercial and legal T&CQualifications for the role
