Job Description
- Adecco is partnering with a Technology Multinational Corporation company to search for a PMO Onshore Analyst
- Focus: PMBOK, Delivery Operations Control and Program Project Management
- Office location: Singapore (Central)
- Working hours: Monday - Friday (Office Hours)
- Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)
- Project Portfolio Management Tools
- Completion of project deliverables, tracking project deliverables, meet deliverables
Support project management team members such as Managing Directors, Project Managers and Team Leads in the day-to-day operations of the project/s.
- Responsibilities include resource management (on/off-boarding, leave tracking)
- Minute taking at client and team meetings
- Working with the Director on financial management (ensuring accuracy of chargeability, reconciliation of cost variances)
- Liaising with finance teams for billings, processing of invoices/raising POs, generating reports, ensuring the team complies with client data protection, initiating and managing process improvements, maintenance of project site office facilities
- Overseeing the daily tasks of the PMO offshore team supporting the project/s under his/her care.
