Job Summary
Our reputable client in Singapore is seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to join their team as a Project Management Office (PMO) Specialist. The PMO Specialist will be responsible for providing support, coordination, and oversight to ensure the successful execution of projects across the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Agile project management methodologies, with an emphasis on Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• A SAFe certification will be an advantage.
• Managed and/or executed mid to large scale projects end to end.
• Excellent communication skills
• At least 3-5 years of experience

Description

• Collaborate with Project Manager to monitor overall coordination, project status, and execution of agile transformation project.
• Establish and implement a project management methodology like Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to ensure high-quality projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and promptly resolve resource conflicts and bottlenecks.
• Maintain project dashboards, reports, and metrics to track project performance and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding of project objectives.
