About Our ClientMy client is a leading international insurance broker, providing a wide range of insurance solutions and risk management services to businesses of all sizes. They offer personalized insurance advice and solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of its clients.As a policy admin, key responsibilities includes:

  • Obtain Annual Statements, CSV Letters, and In-force Illustrations.
  • Prepare Annual Review Packs as requested by Consultants.
  • Maintain and update the list of premiums due for multi-pay policies.
  • Prepare and send premium invoices for outstanding premiums.
  • Manage all documentation related to: Policy loans, Transfer of loans, Policy changes, etc.
The Successful Applicant
  • Diploma in relevant field
  • At least 3 years of experience within life insurance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
