Pool House Attendant
The Pool House Attendant is an essential member of the Spa and Club team that is dedicated to providing exceptional experience and personalized service to our guests conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
Ensuring the facilities and amenities are in tip-top condition and exhibit a luxurious atmosphere.
Ability to anticipate the guests\' requirements while delivering their food and beverages unobtrusively and professionally. Familiar with the menus, wine list, seasonal menus, and etiquette. Knowledgeable to suggest alternative cuisine and describe the various selections on the menus.
Qualifications
1 year of experience in the Customer Service/F&B industry.
Passionate in the Hospitality industry and a willing-to-learn attitude.
