We are looking for an PoolBar Manager to join our team!

As an Poolbar Manager we rely on you to:

• Take responsibility of team, operation and the outlet\'s performance
• Maximise profitability of outlet and drive revenue
• Ensure a high quality of food and service are delivered to our guests at all times
• Maintain a high standard in relation to service.
• Take responsibility for the operations look and feel, including but not limited to the overall decor and atmosphere of the outlet
• Create and Innovate Beverage Menu

• Must have experience working in either a restaurant or a hotel environment

• A self-starter and can drive the team to optimize business revenues
