Collect and deliver samples from clinics/ medical centres to the lab in a safe and timely manner for testing. Similarly deliver lab reports and consumables to the clinics.
Ensure patient samples are collected from clinics assigned to the dispatch rider.
Ensure that records are properly maintained in sample collection as well as all reports delivered to clinics.
Maintain a friendly yet professional disposition when interacting with clinic staff.
Provide good quality service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Any other duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

Healthy and physically fit (walking within and across buildings in the same vicinity, e.g. Mount Alvernia, Mount Elizabeth Hospital, Novena Medical Centre, etc)
Polite and good customer-service oriented
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Hardworking team player, honest and punctual
