Responsibilities

• Fund raising
• Managing portfolio, monitor performance and risk, and making necessary adjustments to optimize returns and mitigate risk
• Develop and implement appropriate investment strategies and risk frameworks
• Ensure that strategies adhere to guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Conduct fundamental research, collecting and analysing information on potential investment opportunities
• Perform due diligence and lead investment negotiations
• Prepare analysis reports and make investment recommendation
• Prepare and deliver performance reports on investment activities and progress
• Provide client consultation to develop business and investment opportunities
• Provide advice and guidance for investment opportunities to clients
• Update investors on their investments, market conditions and economic trends

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree preferably in Business / Economics / Finance or related discipline
• At least 5 years of Portfolio Management experience in managing a PE fund, including at least 3 years of experience investing in the steel or energy sector
• Strong understanding of investment strategies and risk management
• At least 5 years of managerial experience
• Have been registered with the MAS as a CMSL representative for a minimum of 5 years
• Analytical, meticulous and strong presentation skill
• Willing to grow with the company
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
