Our client is a global well-balanced, high performing global real estate investment platform focusing in quality business space, life sciences real estate, logistics, industrial and data centre properties.As a Portfolio Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing real estate assets across various overseas markets including Europe and US. You\'ll be responsible for optimizing portfolio performance, enhancing asset value, and ensuring exceptional presentation standards. You will work closely with overseas operations to develop asset plans, including \'hold-sell analysis\', to maximise value of portfolio(s) through formulation, development and implementation of strategies for marketing, leasing, property management, asset enhancement and sustainability.Key responsibilities of this role shall also lead the following:

• Identify and drive redevelopment opportunities to maximise value of properties
• Identify and drive divestment opportunities to recycle capital
• Monitor and analyse financial and operational performance of portfolio(s) and work with partners including asset managers, leasing / account managers and property managers to maximise operational efficiency and financial performance, and deliver the business plan and sustainability target for the portfolio(s)
• Review overseas reports and approval submissions
• Oversee the annual valuation of properties in portfolio(s)
• Work closely with overseas operations to align their policies and processes with HQ

• Degree in Real Estate / Business / Finance or related discipline
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in real estate industry, preferably with experience managing business space, industrial or logistics assets
• Familiar with real estate markets, valuation methodologies and asset management
• Possess strong analytical and financial skills
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
• Able to work with members across various organisational teams towards aligned objectives
