Job Description
In this role you will be part of an Industry Team focusing on managing and monitoring a portfolio of structured and corporate finance accounts. Tasks will include:
- Preparing and submitting periodic credit reviews and waiver requests.
- Covenant monitoring and timely escalation of negative development/red flags and adverse market conditions.
- Managing compliance requirements and handling account administrative matters.
- Financial spreading, rating, loan classification, pricing models, default triggers and financial analysis and projections.
- Providing company and industry research.
- Good Degree from a recognized university.
- At least 5 years of relevant corporate credit experience.
- Strong knowledge of, and experience in, credit analysis.
- Sophisticated analytical skills including extensive experience in analysing financial statements and non-financial information.
- Team player, results-oriented and shows ability to adapt.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
