Job Description
The Laboratory of Single-Cell Spatial Neuromics (https://jinyueliu0.github.io/Lab/) at Genome Institute of Singapore is seeking a postdoctoral fellow interested in spatial transcriptomics technologies for neurobiology applications. Successful candidate will lead the implementation of these technologies at various biological scales on model systems for a comprehensive understanding of human brain processes.
Requirements:
Ph.D. in RNA biology, molecular & cell biology, neurobiology, or related disciplines
Mastery in iPSC culture, nucleic acid techniques, biological imaging, transcriptomics
Able to independently design, execute and troubleshoot experimental paradigms
Demonstrated abilities in single-cell or spatial transcriptomics, bioinformatics, or programming highly desirable
Good publication record
