Our Post division, Space Lion Studios, is seeking a

Junior Post Producer / Post Production Coordinator

with experience across long- and short-form content to join our dynamic post team. The ideal candidate is highly organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

Coordinate end-to-end post schedules, resources, and bookings across multiple projects. Track milestones, maintain calendars/trackers, and keep stakeholders aligned on status, risks, and next steps. Liaise with editors, designers, colourists, audio mixers, and external vendors; prepare and circulate call sheets and post notes. Manage ingest, naming conventions, and data wrangling; ensure assets are backed up and properly archived. Facilitate reviews (internal and client), consolidate feedback, and manage version control. Oversee QC and final delivery packages to spec (picture, audio, graphics, captions/subtitles, masters). Support budgeting, POs, and cost tracking as needed.

What we're looking for

Strong command of scheduling and excellent time management--you can prioritise, anticipate roadblocks, and keep work moving. Clear, confident communication and a collaborative mindset--comfortable working with creative and technical teams. Familiarity with camera/audio formats, codecs, frame rates, and basic data wrangling is a plus. Working knowledge of post-production software, systems, and workflows (editing, design, audio, colour grading, mastering) is a distinct advantage. Experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects), DaVinci Resolve, Frame.io/ShotGrid/Airtable/Asana, or similar. 1-3 years' relevant experience preferred (internships/freelance considered if highly relevant).
