What You'll Do

As part of our Events Production team, you'll play a key role in ensuring every project runs smoothly - from planning and setup to on-site execution and post-event wrap-up.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute event setups, teardowns and on-site operations. Work closely with clients, vendors, contractors and project Managers to deliver projects on time and within scope. Oversee end-to-end event logistics - venue sourcing, equipment, manpower, scheduling and budget management. Ensure safety standards and security protocols are followed at all times. Manage post event processes including packing, returns and documentation. Prepare and maintain project documents such as event timelines, floorplans and presentation decks. Troubleshoot on-site issues swiftly to ensure smooth event delivery. Provide professional client service and communication throughout all project phases.

What We're Looking For

Diploma or Degree in Events Management, Business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in

event production or coordination

(experience in event and exhibition is a plus). Strong organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail. Proactive, adaptable and be able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Willing to work flexible hours - including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. * A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
