Job Description
The Opportunity:
- Permanent role
- Work location: West
- Work hours: Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm
- Manage post-sales responsibilities for Cybersecurity or Network Performance Monitoring products.
- Contribute to large-scale project implementations at local and regional levels.
- Perform on-site implementation such as testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Offer technical support to ensure customer satisfaction through troubleshooting and research.
- Routine standby for support 24x7 maintenance support calls and communicate issues effectively.
- Possess a Bachelor degree or Diploma in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
- Preferred with experience in Imperva DAM Products and data security or SSE products
- Familiar with Imperva DAM, Illumio/Netskope
- CCNA or CCSA (Check Point Certified Security Admin) advantage
