Adecco is partnering with innovative technology and and they are looking for Postsales Engineer (Check Point/Broadcom/Trellix/Imperva) to join the Team! A great opportunity to work with the company who value diversity, lifelong learning and individual development.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for Post-sales activities of Cybersecurity or Network Performance Monitoring products.
• Involve in Large-scale (Local & Regional) Project Implementation.
• Provide on-site implementation services including testing, deployment & documentation.
• Provide technical support in ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Analyse and clarify customer queries though troubleshooting and researching existing
• knowledgebase articles/known issues
• Be on routine standby to support 24x7 maintenance support calls
• Requires the ability to communicate issues clearly and concisely.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a necessary part of the job

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree or Diploma in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering orrelated field
• At least 1-2 years relevant experience in IT industry providing network support and
• Qualified candidates without any relevant working experience are welcome to apply
• Equip with knowledge & experience in networking such as routing and switching technology.
• Basic networking knowledge and linux system administration experience
• Hands-on experience on firewall such as Check Point/Palo Alto/Fortinet
• Knowledge on Data Loss Prevention product
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Willing to work hard and eager to learn about new technologies.
• Polite and able to communicate well to the clients.
• Analytical and possess good troubleshooting skills.
• Willing to work extended hours and on standby duty.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Desirables:

• Exposure to cybersecurity solutions like Endpoint Security, Firewall, Content Security, Intrusion prevention, Web & Email Security, Encryption, Data Protection, Vulnerability Management and Compliance & Audit OR network performance monitoring solutions such as Gigamon and Solarwind will be added advantage
