In this role, you'll be at the forefront of digital transformation - leveraging data to drive cost reduction, process optimization, and business growth. You'll collaborate across regional teams to design, develop, and deploy impactful Power BI dashboards and reports that empower decision-making and enhance operational visibility.

What You Will Do

Design, develop, and deploy Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations tailored to business needs. Gather, analyse, and refine data requirements from cross-functional stakeholders. Clean, transform, and model data using Power Query and DAX within Power BI. Extract and manage data using SQL and relational databases (RDB). Collaborate with end-users to deliver iterative, data-driven solutions in an Agile environment. Participate in Agile activities such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Ensure accuracy, performance, and security of data visualizations and datasets. Conduct ad hoc analyses and present actionable insights to key stakeholders. Document processes and maintain data/report version control in an Agile context.

What You Need to Have

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field. 1 - 3 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, preferably in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment. Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query. Familiarity with SQL and relational database concepts. Data engineering experience is an advantage. Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing KPIs is preferred. Power BI certification (e.g., PL-300: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst) is a plus. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to facilitate communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders. A positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a genuine willingness to learn and adapt.
