Power Platform Specialist
Job Description
:
Power Platform Team collaborates with IT and business teams to design, build and run Power Platform solutions that optimize and automate business processes, and enhance overall client experience.
Pre-requisites:
Experience Level: Level 3
Skillset: More than 7 years of IT Experience with minimum 3 years in Power Platform related services
Expert Knowledge:
o Power Platform: Power Apps/Automate/BI/Dataverse
o Power Platform integration with M365 workload (eg. SharePoint, Teams, Outlook)
o Troubleshooting, configuration, and support of Power Platform related issues
Good knowledge:
o Power Platform admin and governance
o Application lifecycle management (ALM) with Power Platform
o Power Platform CLI, PowerShell and Dataverse Web API
o Integration with REST API, Custom Connector
o Power Platform: Virtual Agent/Portal
Hands on experience:
o Power Fx
o Azure fundamental knowledge
o Handling s
o upport request in Service Now
o Consideration of all relevant security aspects and solutions around support request/issue
o Creating and configuring complex apps, automations, reports and solutions in Power Platform.
Education:
o Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering
o Professional education or equivalent certification (e.g., Power Platform functional consultant/developer PL-200/PL-400, Power BI data analyst PL-300)
Desired:
o ITIL
