Work location: Bukit Timah (Bus transport provided) 5 days' work week Key Scope: Incumbent reports directly to VP to oversee secretariat support for membership registration, generation and update of Membership, Professional Registries. Provide resources and develop/improve processes for Membership operation, including Registration, Transfer and Termination and Q&M Reviews.Prepare Membership Operating Budget. Compile information based on data and feedback gathered to provide weekly, monthly and annual reports to update on the performance Membership Registration. Manage and develop staff in the Membership Team. Provide the necessary support, lead and motivate Membership Team to meet KPIs set by the Management. Develop and maintain good working relationship with partner agencies. Prepare annual reports for Committee Meeting. Participate in internal meetings and that with external parties when support is required. Ad hoc assignments by Council or Committee Members. The ideal candidate should be/have: Bachelor Degree in Engineering with 1 to 2 years of any working experience preferably in engineering, events and/or project management field Possess the ability to understand Engineering roles and importance in the Engineering Community Result-oriented and is able to meet agreed deadlines and deliverables through team work Excellent organizational and leadership skills Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with ability to build stakeholders relationship Able to analyze issues and formulate action plan within given constraint to solve problems HOW TO APPLY: Interested applicants, please submit your updated resume in PDF/MS Word format to [HIDDEN TEXT] Please state your availability, current & expected salaries for processing purpose.
