We are now looking for PR Assistant / Coordinator to join our Singapore team on a 6-month full time contract.: Since our launch in 2007 we have opened stores and sell online in over 40 countries worldwide. Today 92% of the materials in our collection are more sustainably sourced.As the PR Coordinator, you actively support in all day to day regional PR activities to drive brand awareness in line with the Global and Regional objectives.What you will do:

• Liaise with PR agencies in coordinating new and current season samples and provide the relevant information for press in APAC markets
• Collaborating with COS store teams to manage the flow of loaned samples in the APAC markets
• Support PR events, assisting in coordinate with store and external events across the region, including logistic planning
• Implementing the VIPs list in all markets and coordinate the allocation of VIP cards with agencies
• Coordinating the samples for upcoming media shoots / loans by liaising with stylist and media
• Monitor results against KPIs and produce weekly, monthly and quarterly replots for relevant projects, highlighting the successes and learnings
• Conduct research on fashion influencers, editors, stylist and journalists to provide most up to date movements in fashion industry

• Experience in a similar position within luxury/fashion/lifestyle
• Excellent organizational and communication skill
• Maintain curiosity & sensitivity to local market climates and key consumer trends, especially in fashion
