1. Role Description:
This position plans directs and coordinates the advertising public relations and public information activities of enterprises and organisations or of enterprises that provide related services to other enterprises and organisations.
2. Specific Responsibilities:
Have a strong understanding of social media platforms and how to use them to promote the restaurant, engage with customers, and manage the restaurant\'s online reputation. Communicating with various stakeholders, including customers, journalists, and industry professionals. Will have excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey the restaurant\'s message and story. Plan in place to respond to potential crises, such as negative reviews or food safety issues, and be able to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders. Need to be able to analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of PR campaigns and make data-driven decisions. Have a solid understanding of marketing principles and techniques to effectively promote the restaurant and drive sales.Have the ability to develop a strong brand identity and ensure that it is consistent across all channels.
