Job Description
During the Practice Training Contract period, the Practice Trainee will be assigned to a Director/Associate Director who will be their Supervising Solicitor. You will also work closely with the Senior During the Practice Training Contract period, the Practice Trainee will be assigned to a Director/Associate Director who will be their Supervising Solicitor. You will also work closely with the Senior Associates and/or Associates in the team, who will train you in matters specific to mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, private equity, China transactions, VCC, general corporate and corporate secretarial work, as well as the soft skills required as a lawyer.
