Job Summary



We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Pre-Sales Solutions Manager

to lead the technical sales cycle for our

Generative AI

and

Conversational AI

solutions. You will serve as the key technical advisor to clients--translating business challenges into impactful AI solutions and demonstrating their value to governments, banks, and financial institutions. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with a strong foundation in AI technologies who is eager to take ownership, collaborate across teams, and advance their expertise in a fast-evolving field.


Key Responsibilities



Lead the

pre-sales process

for overseas projects, including business research, market analysis, and the design of tailored AI-based solutions. Develop and deliver high-quality

proposals, bids, and client presentations

, both for standard offerings and customized solutions. Drive

project discovery and solution design

, analyzing client needs, identifying business value, and proposing viable business models. Act as the

primary technical bridge

between clients, sales teams, and internal product or delivery units--ensuring alignment, solution feasibility, and smooth project handover. Stay at the forefront of

Generative AI, voicebot, chatbot

, and

financial technology trends

, continually expanding your domain expertise.

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's degree in

Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology

, or a related discipline.

3-5 years

of proven experience in

pre-sales, solutions architecture

, or

technical consulting

roles. Experience with

big data, risk management

, or

financial systems

is a plus. Strong understanding of

Generative AI

,

voicebots

, and/or

chatbots

, with practical implementation or solution design experience. Familiarity with key enabling technologies, including

Natural Language Processing (NLP)

,

Speech-to-Text (STT)

, and

Text-to-Speech (TTS)

. Excellent

communication, presentation, and client management

skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English. Highly organized, able to

manage multiple priorities

in a fast-paced environment. * Willingness to

travel overseas for short-term business engagements

as required.
