• Client: MNC, A1 Main Contractor.
• Location: Central Area just next to MRT
• Salary: $$$, Based on Qualification, Experience & Capability.
• Project: Mega Building Projects
• Remuneration: 17 days annual leave with Year-end bonus + VB based on performance.

• Must have a Minimum of 5 years of Singapore building experience in Precast Fa\xc3\xa7ade works
• Diploma/ Degree in Architectural / Building/ Construction Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Good communication skills and a team player.
• Attentive to details.
• Candidates with experience in Revit / Navisworks will have an added advantage

Responsibilities:

• Led and managed Precast fa\xc3\xa7ade specialist contractors.
• Review and manage design and technical issues with relevant consultants and specialist contractors to ensure submissions and site works are in accordance to contract specifications.
• Review structural details, connection details, and provisions for water tightness, considering with installation method.
• Ensure delivery of samples, shop drawings, document submissions, BIM models, and site works under the project schedule.
• Ensure all necessary authority approvals are obtained under the project schedule
• Coordinate all interfacing facade details with architectural, structural, and M&E components.
• Monitor the progress of fa\xc3\xa7ade fabrication and installation works and communicate regularly with the Project Manager
• Establish QA QC protocols/procedures to ensure to meet specifications and requirements.
• Conduct periodic technical meetings with consultants and specialist contractors & maintain inspection records and documentation of all completed works.
• Keep track of variation and claims of contract, time, and cost implications and communicate information to the Project Manager.
