Sales Manager [Precision manufacturing/ Automation]

• 5 days, 9am- 6pm
• Salary: $8000 -$10,000 + Commission
• Address: Tampines

Area of specialization: Automation, Chucking systems, Cutting tools, or Precision engineeringResponsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients in need of precision manufacturing services.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to preparing proposals and participating in negotiations with clients.
• Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to secure orders.
• Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Keep track of orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote company offerings.
• Manage and maintain existing customer accounts and relationships and identify new sales opportunity.
• Develop and maintain a weekly sales plan, providing regular reports on sales activities to management.
• Manage ongoing opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

• Experience in sales position in precision engineering industry with proven track record of securing and managing significant manufacturing orders.
• Strong understanding of precision manufacturing processes and technologies, with practical expertise in machining processes, is highly advantageous.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
