Job Description
As a Premier Banking Relationship Officer, your roles & responsibilities will include:
- Provide one-stop banking solution to customers
- Strengthen Premier Banking customers relationships through effective relationship management
- Provide good and productive operational support to RM
- Assist RM in putting up loans applications / processing sales transactions
- Provide service and marketing support on all Premier Banking transactions
- Ensure superior customer service thereby contributing to the overall customer experience of Premier Banking
- Min 2 years of relevant working experience
- At least a Diploma qualification
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Good operational knowledge
- Familiar with the banking and teller system
- Pleasant personality
- Able to work independently as well as a team
