Job Description
As a Premier Banking Relationship Officer, your roles & responsibilities will include:
Provide one-stop banking solution to customers
Strengthen Premier Banking customers relationships through effective relationship management
Provide good and productive operational support to RM
Assist RM in putting up loans applications / processing sales transactions
Provide service and marketing support on all Premier Banking transactions
Ensure superior customer service thereby contributing to the overall customer experience of Premier Banking
Qualifications
Min 2 years of relevant working experience
At least a Diploma qualification
Good interpersonal and customer service skills
Good operational knowledge
Familiar with the banking and teller system
Pleasant personality
Able to work independently as well as a team
