We are searching for a Product Marketing Manager to drive exponential user growth in Southeast Asia! You will develop product-focused growth strategies for target audiences at both a regional & local level. Partner with Global Product marketing, user growth and local marketing teams to ensure product-market fit and successful marketing execution that drives user and subscriber growth. What You'll Do Develop marketing approach for regional product campaigns Develop meaningful insights from user and market research that advise marketing strategy and messaging Find opportunities and where the product can drive the most impact Develop Regional Product & Premium Marketing Playbooks Work w/ Product marketing and market managers to develop, test & refine Regional Playbooks Find insights through research and dashboards to advise regional marketing plans Identify Product Gaps to advise R&D roadmap / GTM prioritisation Work w/ Markets to test hypotheses and optimise messaging Led the development of premium ATL campaigns Identify primary target audiences and deliver outstanding consumer-facing campaigns. Plan, implement and optimize premium campaigns and initiatives in collaboration with external media agencies, creative agencies and internal partners, ensuring all marketing activity feels local, personal and delivers significant measurable growth Lead proposition development and benefits mapping for key growth audiences Map current features to the audience based on insights that increase activation, reactivation and prevent churn Identify gaps and opportunities for product development in Southeast Asia to meet consumer needs better Who You Are At least a minimum of 8+ years in a marketing or product role within innovative technology, media or music organisation Expertise in all aspects of ATL media planning, creative development, social media, content marketing, analytics, performance marketing, partnerships, telcos and experiential Build positive relationships within the marketing, agency and user growth teams Practical experience in a related digital industry or field Passionate about music, podcasting and the digital audio landscape with extensive knowledge of local competitors as well as key music scenes, genres and artists Proven experience in tailoring global brands to local, domestic audiences Proactive, collaborative attitude, with a passion for the Spotify brand and the ability to empower and encourage Proactive-minded, strong analytical and a confident communicator, allowing you to work cross-functionally and autonomously with multiple team members in many time-zones You are proficient in all forms of desktop publishing and/or G-suite products You can travel frequently
