The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the go-to-market and development of Cision's suite of products and to educate internal departments on the value and benefits of those products.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate elements of the product and feature launch process, including but not limited to key messaging, value proposition articulation, product marketing collateral and sales readiness support
  • Leverage global product go-to-market process to all product launches including inputs, timelines, and key deliverables from cross-functional partners, managing multiple launches at one time
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing and Product teams to define overall strategy of programs, services, and benefits to enhance the overall portfolio positioning strength – across all geographic markets
  • Develop a deep understanding of Cision customers, our market, and the competitive landscape through research and competitive analysis. Works with research team on, competitive and market analysis to identify product gaps, potential new offerings, and methods to continuously improve product offerings
  • Define clear and compelling customer pain points, value positions, competitive differentiation, and customer success examples
  • Build positioning and messaging hierarchies to inform marketing initiatives
  • Leads production, localization, and delivery of product marketing materials
  • Partners with marketing to develop marketing strategy and campaign assets to attract new prospect and customers, generate product demand, and test andvalidate messaging through various channels
  • Support the sales enablement team in identifying problems we solve for our buyers; develops ongoing product marketing content and tools to help facilitate the selling process

Requirements

  • English and Chinese written and verbal fluency (Mandarin/Simplified Chinese)
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing in B2B, Martech, SaaS (Software as a Service)
  • Global product launch experience
  • Proven experience creating compelling messaging for a variety of segments and personas
  • Ability to craft compelling stories around tech products, services, and solutions for businesses
  • Strong teaming skills and openness to diverse views
  • Executive communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and drive on-time, high-quality results
  • Proficiency with SharePoint, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems like Salesforce, and Desktop publishing software like Adobe Creative Suite preferred
  • Advanced listening and verbal communication skills to understand stakeholder needs or problems and respond clearly and concisely
  • Advanced time management and ability to work on multiple priorities simultaneously, attention to detail and organizational skills
