Purpose:

• Assign new harmonized codes or extension new codes via Q26 in SAP system for 4 plant sites in APAC Region.

• Assist PRMS in maintenance of raw material master data on P43 & activation raw material code on P45 in SAP system for 4 Premix Production sites in APAC Region
• Troubleshoot issues on PTO system related with global conversion factor and local attributes maintenance on P43 in SAP system.
• Supports PRMS in setting up of a new global qualification system regionally for global use.
• Provide overall support for raw materials qualification and harmonization activities.

The Role:
Premix plants are a local solution provider and supply custom finished products to multiple customers based on their specific needs. Cost leadership, quality and reliability of supply, and flexibility to meet customer demand remain as key success factors to meet business deliverables.

Key areas of accountability/responsibility:

• Review raw materials specifications that are required by different premix production sites in APAC region.

• Create new code or extend an existing code via Q26 in SAP system.

• Work closely with DNPAP Masterdata in activation of raw material code on P45 in SAP system for premix production sites in APAC Region whenever site QA approves a raw material after qualification.

• Ensures master data are properly maintained to support globally harmonized raw materials and sharing of data. This includes maintenance of the global conversion factor, local attributes and approval status on P43 in SAP system after approval of a qualified source of material by different site.

• Troubleshoots the errors surface on PTO system / Report issues relating to the maintenance of P43 in SAP system.

• Assists PRMS in setting up a new global qualification tool (SQM) and roll out to sites in APAC region.

The Ideal:

• Min. possess at least a Diploma in chemistry, Food Science, or other similar field of study; Fresh graduates with exposure to quality assurance and/or procurement fields in the food science, dietary supplement, and/or pharmaceutical industry will be favourably considered
• Willing to work in Senoko/Woodlands
• Highly proficient in common computer software application (MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel), email, internet, and business system applications.
• Keen learner to gain technical knowledge on the job and to perform assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Must have excellent math, oral / written communication, interpersonal skills, trouble shooting, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be self-driven and have a proactive mind set and be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily in a fast-paced work environment where constant re-prioritization is required.
