- Account Management with Key Customers, including Technical Proposal Writing for RFI/Proposal, RFP, Tender, discussion and presentation
- Partnership Management with Key Vendors
- Design Turn-key Enterprise Solutions
- Work with pre-sales from different expertise to create a comprehensive solution
- Work with Sales team to strategies on solution design
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
- 8 years of relevant work experience
- Good to have Certifications in CISSP, CCSP, ITIL, PMP, MCSD, MCSE, VCP & CCIA (at least one of them)
- Experienced in turn-key development, implementation and maintenance of large-scale, multi-platform, multi-vendor systems in the IT and engineering domain
- Hands on technical experience in architecture design, including SOA architecture, security, best practices and knowledge of emerging trends
- Proven track record in managing multi-million dollar projects in the government and /or commercial sectors
