WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Understand the Circles X digital telco SaaS platform and the value proposition it offers to our telco customers and partners.
  • Gain insight into customers' environment, challenges, and opportunities. Identify the customer need and determine how the need can be addressed by the Circles X platform. Work with the Circles engineering and product teams to propose the correct solution
  • Support sales prepare and deliver customized presentations and demos to customers.
  • Assist in the development of RFI/RFP responses and drive to close new opportunities
  • Hand over projects to the delivery organization once a contract has been signed.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • 5 - 7+ years experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Project Management, or similar technical leadership roles preferably within the telecommunications industry
  • Telecommunication architecture experience; across customer digital experience, BSS/IT, and Core (OCS/PS/CS) domains to manage and design solutions at scale. Proficient in API design, client-server interaction design, and cloud infrastructure architecture.
  • Work with the Circles engineering team and externally with customer technical teams to propose and help clients build solutions that unblock deployment
  • Experience in communication / presentations / demonstrations at the executive level. Proven experience in pre-sales / sales engineering (middle and high management levels).
  • You are a digital savvy individual that knows the latest digital technologies and trends; you enjoy experimenting and are open to integrating new digital technologies in everyday work.
  • Experience in delivering products against a plan in a fast-paced, multi-disciplined, and often ambiguous environment
  • Experience working independently to design, plan, and execute technical projects
  • Able to distill data and articulate the rationale for making difficult trade-offs
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 20% of the time
  • Comfort and experience with cross-organizational communication; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
