Responsibilities: Plan and deliver Chinese lessons of 2 classes within the framework of Carpe Diem curriculumCreate a classroom environment conducive for learning and appropriate to the physical, social, and emotional development of children.Prepare materials and set up the classroom learning centres, displays and documentation.Observe and record periodically each child's developmental growthEnsure the well-being of children in the Centre, especially their health, safety and hygieneCommunicate effectively with Parents by organizing and/or conducting Parent-Teacher Conferences, Open House and other sharing sessions that enhance Parent-Centre partnershipWork harmoniously with colleagues and Principal on project based assignmentsAttend all related meetings and participate in team planning sessions. Maintain a high standard of professional competence through continual professional development.Perform other task or duties of a childcare staff in the CentreEducation & ExperienceCandidates must possess L1 or L2 Cert Certified by ECDAAt least 2 years of working experience in the related field is requiredJob RequirementsEnergetic, loving and reliableCompliance with company rules and regulationsAble to take 2 classesFlexible working hours and able to do opening / closing shifts (Monday to Friday) and alternate Saturday shiftGood at crafting and able to make creative classroom environmentsAgree to sign a 2-years bond with company
