Responsibilities Plan, supervise and implement the programme for the class in accordance with the centre's policies and framework Complete progress reports on children for each semester and prepares a developmental portfolio for each child Set up and create a stimulating and engaging pleasant learning environment that promotes self-directed learning Responsible for all aspects of classroom management and carry out routine care duties to ensure the safety and hygiene of the children Actively engages in the centre's initiative to support its collaborative efforts with the community Build and maintain a close partnership with parents Work closely with the other teaching staff in the class in carrying out the duties Key Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Creative and inspiring with loving energy Able to work well independently as well as within a team Able to remain calm, efficient, and positive under pressure Requirement Diploma/ Advanced Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education (Teaching) At least 6 months of working experience in the related field is required Able to work rotating shift till Centre closes at 7.00 pm Location: Jurong West
