As a Preschool Teacher, you are to create a secure and quality learning environment for children through fostering meaningful relationships with them. You will support the holistic development of children by implementing a developmentally and culturally appropriate curricula. In addition, you will build partnerships with parents and families, and actively engage in Centre initiatives to support its collaborative efforts with the community. As a reflective Early Childhood Educator, you will also participate in professional development and service quality improvement activities to better hone your skills as a Preschool Teacher. Responsibilities Implement developmentally appropriate teaching, learning and caregiving activities aligned to the relevant curricula frameworks Execute the delivery of English Language lessons to children Engage children meaningfully in accordance with the curriculum and pedagogical frameworks Conduct learning needs assessment Document children's learning and development Provide caregiving to children in accordance with standards and procedures Collaborate with families to ensure continuity of care and learning between the home and the Centre Qualifications Possess L2 Certification from ECDA Trained in DECCE-T with a minimum 1 year of related experience (preferred but not mandatory) Fresh DECCE-T graduates are welcomed to apply Excellent English communication skills to engage and communicate with children and parents Possess a positive working attitude and have the drive to nurture early learners Salary $2,500 and above (Salary will commensurate with education and experience) Location Pasir Ris Working Hours Rotating Shifts 5-day work week + 1 Saturday (half day) per month Week with a working Saturday: Monday to Friday - 7.5hrs, Saturday - 4.5hrs Week with non-working Saturday: Monday to Friday - 8 to 8.5hrs Centre operates from 7am to 7pm (Monday to Friday) and 7am to 2pm (Saturday) Company Benefits Bonuses Insurance Medical Training & many more .T&C applies for signing bonus.
