Preschool teacher with Special Needs background Church Kindergarten at Sembawang We are looking for Educational Support Teachers (EST) to play a key role in facilitating the appropriate identifica Preschool teacher with Special Needs background Church Kindergarten at Sembawang We are looking for Educational Support Teachers (EST) to play a key role in facilitating the appropriate identification and provision of support to preschool children with mild-moderate developmental needs within the regular kindergarten setting to ensure that each child's potential is maximised. Key Roles and Responsibilities a. Consolidate information about the child from relevant sources and conduct baseline assessments to formulate Individualised Education Plan (IEP) for each child b. Collaborate with teacher(s), the parents/caregivers, and the medical and allied health professionals to identify the child's needs and IEP functional goals. c. Support class teachers by demonstrating intervention strategies to work towards achievement of IEP goals d. Partner families and caregivers to enhance child and family outcomes. e. Takes on any other duties as when assigned by your immediate superior/management. Requirements and Qualification for Educational Support Teachers (EST) Diploma in Early Childhood Intervention years' experience in (Special Needs) or still currently undergoing course Diploma in Early Childhood - teaching (L2) Preferably at least 1-2 Early Intervention as a preschool teacher Please contact Anna @ 62571616 for a further discussion.
